The Baduk Bench is a combination planter, bench, and table for public spaces –
in which the planter stones can used to play Baduk, a popular game in many east asian countries.

Upcycled experimental furniture prototypes using computer-aided routing to minimize material waste, and maximize perceived radness. The upcycled part comes from being a poor student, having access to cool tools, but no money for materials – hence the need to get the most out of one sheet of plywood. Necessity sure is the mother of invention.
